Annual Giving at Pearson
Gifts to the Annual Fund provide a vital source of support for the College and it is the primary way that alumni help sustain the full scholarship policy at Pearson. The Annual Fund helps to protect the full scholarship policy and preserve the educational and extracurricular programs that are essential to the Pearson experience. At Pearson College, annual fundraising accounts for approximately 20% of the cost of educating a student. The power of annual giving lies in the collective effort of alumni to give what they can. Whether you choose to support the Scholarship Fund, the Student Aid Fund, Race Rocks or Sustainability Initiatives, you are making a valuable contribution to the Pearson Community. The more alumni that participate, the larger the impact of the Annual Fund. We experienced that strength in numbers last year when alumni giving more than doubled. What a difference it has made! Please help us keep the momentum by giving what you can today.
For more information regarding the Annual Fund or how you can get involved, please contact Davida Stafford, Development Manager, Annual and Alumni Giving at 250-391-2485 or dstafford@pearsoncollege.ca.
